Improvement Policy

ESP wishes to promote a culture of continuous improvement in all areas of the Company including procedures, training, health & safety, environmental protection etc.

ESP has implemented a number of initiatives to promote this culture, such as its training policy, employee appraisal system, health & safety committee, procedure guide committee, issue of suggestion forms, etc.

ESP also encourages all employees to assess their performance, work practices and our product and to make suggestions as to how they can be improved.

ESP has implemented a procedural audit programme and a non-conformance reporting system in order to measure its performance. The results are communicated to employees to highlight areas requiring improvement or acknowledge improvements that have been made.
