The Customer File Routines option from the Main Menu gives access to the Administration Database from the Retail system.
Accessing Customer Files From the Main Menu:
Select Customer File Routines
Select Create/Amend/Delete Customer. The Customer File Filter Screen now appears as below.
From this screen you can search for membership details by selecting the appropriate tab at the top of the filter screen. The six different methods of searching for membership details are: Address Code Membership Number Surname Company Code Membership Card Number Postcode
When you have located the record you require, you can select F3 - Accept to go into the record and make any changes required.
