After weeks of intensive development, Center Parcs has launched On-Line activity bookings within its website. The new addition allows customers who have already booked their holiday accommodation, to book activities and events prior to their arrival on site. The Elite System is already used in all four villages in the UK, and the website links directly to the leisure booking system used at each village.

Northumbrian Water launched the sale of its “Winter Wonderland” tickets on-line. The Elite Web Booking Engine made the sale of tickets a huge success and all the tickets were sold out within five days. Previously the company staffed a call centre with 6 staff for over four weeks.

ESP is pleased to welcome Northumbrian Water Limited (NWL) to its customer base. NWL provide leisure activities to the public at ten of its locations. The Elite Leisure Management System has been selected to provide a CRM Solution, integrating with the Elite Booking Engine to provide on-line and on-site bookings for its various leisure operations.
ESP will be launching a modified version of the Elite Leisure Management System for NWL’s Winter Wonder Land 2007 due to go live in October 2007. Winter Wonder Land is an event that attracts large volumes of enquiries and bookings in a very short space of time. The Elite Leisure Management System, complete with on-line booking and payment engine, will provide a scalable booking application suitable for use in the Call Centres and on the Internet for live real-time bookings.

ESP have been contracted by Center Parcs to develop a Web bookings interface to their successful Elite Leisure Management System.
The system will allow forward bookings for a massively diverse range of activities to be taken many weeks in advance and will be rolled-out to all four sites following a successful test phase.
