How can I find out if there is any space on my chosen date?

How can I pay?

In order to confirm your booking, a signed Purchase Order must be returned to Euro Systems Projects no later than 48 hours prior to the course. Following course attendance an invoice will be sent to you, which will be subject to the standard Euro Systems Projects Terms & Conditions.

What happens after I book?

Once we have received confirmation of your booking, we will send joining instructions to you via email. This contains a map, as well as further information on your course. A couple of weeks before you are due to attend we will contact you, via email, just to remind you about your course.

What happens if I can’t make the date?

Notification of cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to the course will not be subject to any changes.

Cancellations received within 48 hours of the course will be charged in full unless Euro Systems Projects Ltd are able to re-sell the place(s) on the course.

What time do the courses start and finish?

The start and finish times do vary slightly, which will be detailed in your joining instructions, however as a guide expect to start at 09:15am and finish at 16:30pm.

Does the price include accommodation?

Our courses do not include accommodation, however we have listed a selection of nearby accommodation here for your convenience when booking.

How many people will be on the course with me?

To ensure the quality of our training, the maximum number of delegates is limited and will vary from course to course. The maximum number of any delegates on any ESP course will be 12.

What should I wear to my course?

If you require any guidance on dress code, we would suggest smart casual. However, it is important that you feel comfortable.

Is there car parking at the training centre?

There is a limited number of car park spaces at the training centre, available on a first come first served basis, however additional on road parking is available nearby.
