The aim of the tutorial is to provide you, our valued customer, with ongoing system knowledge to assist in the running of your club. Whether you are a small or large club, public or private, new to ESP, or a veteran, the tutorial series covers a number of solution topics to help you maximise Elite.

There will be a number of sessions within the series, but the next is focused on Sales Ledger Management

What will be covered?

  • Understanding the Sales Ledger page; sales / subs / payments
  • Allocating un-allocated payments to either subscriptions or sales
  • Removing a payment from a Sales Ledger – i.e direct debit
  • Removing part paid subscriptions from Sales Ledger
  • Transferring charges posted from point of sale to another Sales Ledger
  • Using Sales Ledger reports
  • Using aged debtors reports – subs, sales, total
  • Statements – detailed, summary and statement runs

The session will be conducted via an online webinar by one of our experienced trainers.
