Implementation & Training Consultant
ESP is based in Sutton in Surrey and is one of the leading Leisure Management Software providers in the UK.
We are currently recruiting for an Implementation & Training Consultant to configure, install and train on our Elite Software Solution at Leisure facilities throughout the country.
You must be customer facing and be confident in communicating with others.
The role is very much for a self-starter and someone who not just works well as a team, but also on their own initiative. All of these are an absolute for the role.
Previous experience in using ESP is desired along with a good understanding of the importance of great customer service.
The role is part office based, so you must be able to commute to Sutton in Surrey for a 9.00 am start.
The other part of the role is travelling, (use of Company Car provided) so staying away from home is a prerequisite of the position and it is also essential that you hold a full driving licence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our finished product delivers the maximum benefit to our Customers businesses.
Having excellent communications skills are required to assist building long lasting partnerships with our customers.
We are therefore, looking for individuals with an operational background in the Golf, Leisure and/or Hospitality industries who have experience using booking, POS and/or PMS software.
Prior experience of facilitating training and implementation would be an advantage but is not essential.
