We are pleased to announce that Milton Keynes Council have selected ESP's Elite Management software for their golf operation at Windmill Hill. The municipal site runs an 18 hole Golf course and the facilities will benefit from the Membership Management, Tee Bookings, Retail, and Food and Beverage modules within the Elite software solution.
ESP recently attended the Golf industries leading trade event, Golf Bic at the Marriott Forest of Arden for the second year running. The two day event was a great chance for our sales team to showcase all of the benefits of Elite Version 5, as well as catching up with some of our existing customers who were in attendance.
Our Account Meetings are a great way for our Customer Account Manager to get out and meet with all of our Clients on a regular basis. These meetings are held at each of our customerâs sites, which allows our Account Manager to get a feel for, and understand our customer requirements in a relaxed discussion.Â A recent week-long tour of Ireland, proved very successful. A great opportunity for ESP to share information and for our clubs to see at firsthand some of the ongoing enhancements we have been making to the Application.
We all need a check-up from time to time, and the data on your Elite system fromÂ ESP LeisureÂ is no different. We will shortly be conducting health checks for all of our installed customer systems, with the results being discussed at your next ESP Account Meeting. The report produced will give high level details of usage on your Elite system, detailing where any shortfalls are in regards to data. We will also provide you with recommendations to help get your system back to full health.
Following the successful launch of ESPâs On Line Customer Surgery, and due to popular demand.Â Our On Line Surgery sessions have been given a regular monthly slot. The aim of the Surgery is to provide our Customers with a brief overview on topics that matter to them and the running of their Business. These sessions run at the beginning of the month, allowing our customers to join the meeting via web & conference call. Sessions last approx 1 Â½ Hours, with a Q&A session at the end â with a real person!
Bowood Hotel, Spa and Golf, in Wiltshire are to upgrade to Version 5 of the ESP Elite Management System. This upgrade also sees Bowood investing in a New Server and updated Point of Sale Hardware. The installation & upgrade is due to happen in the coming month.
ESP has been selected as the preferred supplier for the Elite Golf Management System for their Harstwood Golf Club in Brentwood. ESP will commence implementation of Version 5 with modules including Membership, Golf Bookings, and Internet Bookings.
ESP are ready to install the Elite Management System into Holburne's third golf site, Bulbury Woods Golf Club. ESP will also be upgrading Holburne's two existing ESP sites to Version 5 of the Elite Management System, along with implementing online bookings across all three sites. This is a great step forward for the group bringing a standard approach to all three clubs.
ESP's Online Booking Portal will process in excess of 2,000 connections per hour as tickets go on sale for the eagerly awaited annual Winter Wonderland event run by Northumbrian Water Ltd. ESP are proud to be involved in this annual event for the sixth year running. With a high demand for tickets expected from parent around the North East and further afield wanting to secure their places. ESP has proved the online booking portal's reliability year after year.
ESP has commenced the Implementation of Version 5 upgrade to all 10 Burhill Sites, With The Burhill Golf Club, Head Office and Hoebridge Golf Centre being the first to be upgraded. The remaining sites will be upgraded throughout October 2012, this will also include the integration to the Customer Minds marketing platform.
