ESP – Santa’s little helper!

ESP Leisure - Officially one of Santa’s little helpers! Christmas 2013 marks the 10th anniversary of Northumbrian Water’s, Kielder Winter Wonderland. It is a spectacular outdoor event with activities for the whole family. Once on site you’ll be guided by Santa’s Elves through an enchanted forest before meeting Father Christmas himself! While the fun is going on, ESP’s Elite management system will be taking care of business for Santa and his team behind the scenes. Because of the seasonal nature of this part of NWL’s business, coordinating call centre and online bookings for NWL’s Winter Wonderland is a massive operation over a short time period. The Elite Management system will be fully responsible for taking over 2000 bookings and associated fees and at the same time managing live availability. We know it’s a bit early but NWL have got us in the festive mood. Merry Christmas everyone!

Pendle Leisure Upgrade to Elite V5

  Pendle Leisure Trust provide multi-purpose centres for swimming, fitness, sports, exercise and entertainment. The Trust also has staff dedicated to providing specialist projects relating to Healthy Lifestyles, Sports Development and Arts Development at eight sites across the East Lancashire area. After a successful 3 year relationship Pendle have upgraded to Elite V5 to take full advantage of the new features and functionality the latest software has to offer. In addition Pendle will be implementing the ESP internet bookings module to further enhance the services they offer to their customers, as well as improving staff productivity.

Milton Keynes Council select ESP Leisure’s Golf Management System

  We are pleased to announce that Milton Keynes Council have selected ESP's Elite Management software for their golf operation at Windmill Hill. The municipal site runs an 18 hole Golf course and the facilities will benefit from the Membership Management, Tee Bookings, Retail, and Food and Beverage modules within the Elite software solution.

ESP Account Meetings

Our Account Meetings are a great way for our Customer Account Manager to get out and meet with all of our Clients on a regular basis. These meetings are held at each of our customer’s sites, which allows our Account Manager to get a feel for, and understand our customer requirements in a relaxed discussion.  A recent week-long tour of Ireland, proved very successful. A great opportunity for ESP to share information and for our clubs to see at firsthand some of the ongoing enhancements we have been making to the Application.

ESP Application – Health Check

We all need a check-up from time to time, and the data on your Elite system from ESP Leisure is no different. We will shortly be conducting health checks for all of our installed customer systems, with the results being discussed at your next ESP Account Meeting. The report produced will give high level details of usage on your Elite system, detailing where any shortfalls are in regards to data. We will also provide you with recommendations to help get your system back to full health.

ESP Customer Surgery

  Following the successful launch of ESP’s On Line Customer Surgery, and due to popular demand.  Our On Line Surgery sessions have been given a regular monthly slot. The aim of the Surgery is to provide our Customers with a brief overview on topics that matter to them and the running of their Business. These sessions run at the beginning of the month, allowing our customers to join the meeting via web & conference call. Sessions last approx 1 ½ Hours, with a Q&A session at the end – with a real person!

Bowood Hotel, Spa & Golf upgrade to Elite Version 5

Bowood Hotel, Spa and Golf, in Wiltshire are to upgrade to Version 5 of the ESP Elite Management System. This upgrade also sees Bowood investing in a New Server and updated Point of Sale Hardware. The installation & upgrade is due to happen in the coming month.
